Cabbage 80, 110 potatoes, turnips 15, 10 carrots, parsley 5, 20 onions, butter or margarine 10 cream, sour cream 10 greens.
Root vegetables cut into slices, cabbage – checkers size 2-2.5 cm, potatoes – diced onions chop. In the boiling broth or water, put the cabbage, bring to a boil, add the browned roots, potato soup and cook for 20-25 minutes. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking in the soup put sliced tomatoes. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
