Kissel from blueberry

Blueberries 32, 24 sugar, starch 10, citric acid 0.2.

Moved and washed blueberries mash with a wooden pestle in a dish does not oxidize or wipe using pulping machine.

Squeeze the juice and berry mass pour hot water and boil for 5-6 minutes.
