Potatoes 200, 30 ham, mushrooms 50, 25 onions, flour, 5, 30 sour cream, broth 100, butter or lard melted 15, 10 cheese, greens.
Slice the onion into strips, mushrooms and fry separately in butter.
All this mix, add sour cream, chopped ham, broth, flour and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Boiled potatoes cut into large cubes, put on a greased pan a la carte from the ham, pour the cooked ham and mushroom mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake in the ovens. When serving sprinkle with parsley.
