Pineapple salad with celery

Ingredients
75 fresh pineapple, celery 75, 15 Green salad, beets boiled 20, vinegar 3% 15, 20 vegetable oil, powdered sugar 20, pepper.

Celery (tops, root) and the pineapple cut into strips. Season with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
When serving put in a salad bowl on green lettuce leaves and garnish with slices of boiled beets.
