Soup of Brussels sprouts

100 Brussels sprouts, leeks 40, 75 potatoes, butter 10, sour cream or cream 25, greens.

Brussels sprouts immerse in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and discard in a sieve. Leek chop with cabbage and lightly fry in fat.

Prepared vegetables put in boiling broth, add potatoes, thinly sliced, and cook until cooked at low boil.

Serve with sour cream or cream and herbs.
Thus it is possible to make soup with addition of water, milk.
