Pumpkin pudding

150 pumpkin, semolina 20, egg 1 pcs., 50 milk, butter or margarine cream 20, 10 sugar, raisins 10, dressing 50.

The treated pumpkin cut into small pieces and simmered with milk and butter, then add the semolina and cook until cooked. Put the egg yolks, raisins, sugar, salt, add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.

Lay in shape, oiled, and cook for a couple or bake in the ovens. Ready pudding removed from the mold. When serving pour milk or cream sauce.
