Apples or pears with cream and nuts

Ingredients
Apples 115 or pears 110, cream 40 or sour cream 25, powdered sugar, walnuts (core) 10.

Washed, peeled apples or pears cut in half, remove the seeds and boil in acidulated water, citric acid until tender.

Cream or sour cream whip, season with powdered sugar with the addition of chopped and toasted walnuts (half of normal).

Chilled apples or pears put in bowls, pour the prepared cream or sour cream, sprinkle with remaining nuts.
