200g rice, 0.5 l. of milk, 1 Cup water, 50g butter, 3 eggs, 50g grated chocolate, zest of 1 lemon, breadcrumbs.
The rice pour hot water and boil, gradually adding milk, until tender. In a medium bowl, beat butter with powdered sugar until fluffy state, introducing one by one the yolks. Then in this mixture add cooked rice, lemon zest and beaten egg whites.
Stir gently. Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the mixture in layers, sprinkling them with chocolate chips. Bake at medium temperature.
The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
