Omelette nettle

Omelette nettle

Ingredients
400 g of nettle, 40 g of melted butter, 100 grams of onion, 2 eggs, salt, coriander to taste

Fresh young nettle leaves, boil until tender, drain. Saute the onions until golden brown in melted butter.
Mix nettles and onions, add green coriander, salt, and again put out.The mixture was put on a greased pan, align and pour the beaten eggs.
Bake until cooked.
